RETURN, REFUND & COD POLICY

At SOVAHRE, every piece is crafted with limited availability to maintain exclusivity and quality.

1. NO RETURNS / EXCHANGES / REFUNDS
As of now, due to limited stock and high demand, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order is placed and delivered.

2. NO CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)
Currently, we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be prepaid at checkout.

3. EXCEPTIONS (DAMAGED / WRONG PRODUCT)
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photo/video proof

In such cases, we will review and provide a suitable resolution.

4. FUTURE UPDATES
We are actively working to improve our customer experience and may introduce returns, exchanges, and COD options in the future.
